Having arrived with his family in the late 1960’s, Yudhvir’s early education had been from Milverton School and Myton Secondary School before completing a degree in Computer Technology at Teesside University. He has been actively involved in the community, helping at the Gurdwara and the Sikh Community Centre. He has also been active in the local sporting circles, having played Rugby for Leamington RFC, volunteered as a parent at Khalsa FC and was involved in the setup of Leamington Khalsa Cricket Club.

After leaving Aylesford School in July 1969 he joined Warwick Production Company on Birmingham Road as a Sheet Metal Worker. In April 1981, he established Shire Driving School. He got married in 1974, and now has 2 sons and five grandchildren.

Darshan and his family came to Leamington in the early 1960s. He attended Clapham Terrace School and then Oken School, which later became Myton School. He did an apprenticeship as a tooler before studying for a diploma in electronics and working in the industry. Darshan has been active in the local community helping out and serving as a Committee member for the Gurdwara.
Karanjit has lived in Leamington Spa all his life participating in both the local Leamington Khalsa football and cricket clubs within the local community.
